There is + 可数名词单数或不可数名词；There are + 可数名词复数，表示某地存在某物。
否定句与疑问句
There isn’t / There aren’t 表示“没有”；Is there …? / Are there …? 用来提问。
就近原则与 have 的区别
There is a book and two pens. / There are two pens and a book. There be 表示某地存在，have 表示某人或某物拥有。
